You may qualify for reduced shipping if for example you buy a singular A4 size print or comic along with a small item like stickers, badges or keychains. This is because of a Shopify limitation will cause shipping to be overcharged in the event you buy certain big and small items together in your order. How does this work? Firstly, place your order at the checkout like normal. You won’t be charged yet, because then I will need to manually review the order myself. I will check to see if you were overcharged for shipping. If there is an overcharge, I will only authorise a charge for the total order cost minus how much the shipping cost was overcharged by. For example: a US customer may buy 1 qty of an A4 print and 1 qty of a button badge. The shipping will total to €9 at the checkout, when it should only cost €6.50. Hence, I will remove the extra €2.50 from your total order cost before I charge your payment method. This does not apply to orders of LOVELY LIVERY items as they are shipped from France.
I currently do not provide tracked shipping. I ship worldwide, except Belarus, Russia and Israel. Due to COVID-19, Brexit and the war on Ukraine, there are currently various delays with postal routes and delivery times the world over. Your patience is massively appreciated.
Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Order processing time is usually 1-2 weeks, after which packages will be shipped. Most orders are packaged on weekends. Once packaged, they are then dispatched usually on the next business day. Shipping outside of Ireland to Europe usually takes 5-7 business days, excluding public holidays and any other possible delays with international postal services. This delivery timeframe may be longer if you are outside Europe.

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact me at hello@hayleymulch.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital downloads (ebooks and PDF files), perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). I also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on permanently discounted items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
It is not possible to refund orders made during charity sales. During non-charity sale periods, I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
